Ten friends: seats or the whole Carnaby 2
Ten friends need five cabins. Put the couple of honour in a Suite, the next pair in the Deluxe and the other six in three Superiors. At the published seat fares that is 2 × IDR 8,750,000 (≈ USD 537) plus 2 × IDR 8,000,000 (≈ USD 491) plus 6 × IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399). The whole of Carnaby 2 for ten guests is IDR 118,000,000 (≈ USD 7,239). In total, the seats come to less than the boat.
That is arithmetic, not a recommendation. Strangers share the boat, the date is one of the listed ones, and five cabins are spoken for. The whole boat is yours alone.
Paid for, and not paid for, on a Carnaby 2 seat
On an open trip the tour guide and the documentation are included. The fare covers the boat and its crew, harbour transfer, meals, coffee, tea and water, snacks and fruit, towels, life jackets and snorkelling gear.
Not in the fare: Komodo National Park tickets and ranger fees, flights, a hotel, insurance, crew gratuities and alcohol. A cake or decoration can be arranged on request and is quoted separately. The full list is on what a private charter includes.

Carnaby 2 lists its own 3D2N. Day 1 offers Bidadari Island as an optional stop, then Manjarite, Kelor and Kalong at sunset. Day 2 goes to Rinca for the ranger walk, then Mawan Island or Manta Point depending on current and weather, Long Pink Beach, and Padar at sunset. Day 3 is Sebayur before the return to Labuan Bajo.
Pickup in Labuan Bajo; the time and the meeting point are confirmed in writing with your booking. Where the boat spends the night depends on the weather and the captain's decision that day. Stops and their order can change with traffic, weather and tides; the captain decides on the day.
