Your opening WhatsApp, line by line
Four lines are enough. The occasion: birthday, anniversary, proposal, reunion or friends' trip. The number of guests, as a figure or a range. The dates, or the month. The boat: Carnaby 1, Carnaby 2 or "not sure".
Add what you care about most: the balcony cabin, a child on board, a dietary note. The more you put in the first message, the fewer questions come back.
You can name a surprise without naming the guest of honour, and you do not have to say who is turning what age.

Can I call instead of messaging?
We work from messages, because every price and every promise has to be in writing. If you prefer a call, say so in your first message and add your time zone.
Do you answer in Indonesian?
Yes. Write in English or Indonesian, whichever is easier for your group.
Can the guest of honour see our chat?
Not unless you share it. We reply only to the number that wrote to us. For a surprise, use your own phone for the first message, not a family tablet.
