Seven ways to celebrate on a private boat in Labuan Bajo

Seven celebrations suit a whole phinisi from Labuan Bajo: a birthday, an anniversary, a proposal, a friends' trip, a family reunion, a dinner on deck and a farewell trip. Carnaby 1 takes up to 14 guests and Carnaby 2 up to 21; each page names a boat and prices a group size.
Five scenarios to start from
These pages plan seven celebrations, and five of them account for most of the questions we get. Start with whichever fits the person the trip is for.
A birthday is the one we're asked about most. For 12 friends on Carnaby 1 the 3D2N whole boat is IDR 75,000,000 (≈ USD 4,601), which is IDR 6,250,000 (≈ USD 383) each. The birthday page covers cake, candles and the toast at Kalong.
An anniversary with family fits either boat. For 16 relatives on Carnaby 2 the whole boat is IDR 129,000,000 (≈ USD 7,914), or IDR 8,060,000 (≈ USD 494) per person. The anniversary page explains which cabin the couple takes.
A proposal works for a party of two or of six. Carnaby 1 for 1 to 6 guests is IDR 63,000,000 (≈ USD 3,865) for 2D1N, whole boat. The proposal page covers briefing the crew.

Two supporting scenes: the toast and the send-off
Two more pages support the main five. The dinner-on-deck page is about the table on deck and the toast at anchor near Kalong, which can sit inside any of the five trips. The farewell-trip page is for a graduation, a retirement or a move abroad, and it starts with a walk up Kelor or Padar.
Neither needs a different boat or a different price. Both use the same rate bands as the other five; each boat runs its own published 3D2N route. So a farewell for 10 friends on Carnaby 1 is IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479) for the boat.
Which boat each scenario takes
The headcount decides this, not the occasion. Up to 14 guests, take Carnaby 1; it holds 14, or 15 with the extra bed in the Master Cabin. From 15 to 21 guests, take Carnaby 2.
At 13 or 14 guests both boats fit, and Carnaby 1 is the lower whole-boat rate: IDR 75,000,000 (≈ USD 4,601) against IDR 129,000,000 (≈ USD 7,914) for 3D2N with 14 guests. What Carnaby 2's higher rate buys you is ten cabins, four of them with a balcony and a bathtub.

Which celebration is cheapest per guest?
The headcount sets the cost, not the occasion. On the 3D2N list the lowest figure is Carnaby 1 with 14 guests at IDR 5,360,000 (≈ USD 329) per person, and on Carnaby 2 it is 21 guests at IDR 6,670,000 (≈ USD 409). Within one band, a fuller boat costs less per guest.
Can we celebrate something that is not on the list?
Yes. Send the date, the headcount and the plan, for up to 14 guests on Carnaby 1 or 21 on Carnaby 2. We answer with what can be quoted. Decoration, music and a photographer are quoted separately.

Carnaby 1 suits a birthday of up to 14 guests and costs IDR 75,000,000 (≈ USD 4,601) for 3D2N with 11 to 14 guests. Carnaby 2 suits 15 to 21 guests and costs IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) for 17 to 21. Both include the crew and the meals; cake and decoration are quoted separately.
