Pickup, cake, decoration and a photographer: quoted separately

Pickup in Labuan Bajo covers the airport, the hotel and the harbour. The default is a car or minibus shared with the group. A Toyota HiAce seats up to 12, and a larger coach comes on request.

A group of 21 does not fit in one HiAce, so for a party that size the upgrade is a second vehicle or a coach, quoted as a separate line. Pickup in Labuan Bajo; the time and the meeting point are confirmed with your booking.

A cake, flowers and a musician are not standard services. Each can be arranged on request, and each is quoted separately. Tell us the day, the number of guests and whether candles are wanted, and we reply with what is possible and what it costs.

Bringing your own cake or a speaker is confirmed for your boat and date.

Cabin or deck decoration is a service we arrange. No styles or prices are promised on this page, because the answer depends on the boat, the day and what the crew can set up in time. Staging seen in the Carnaby 2 photos, the flowers and the petals, shows what is possible and is not included.

What goes where is agreed, and the captain has the last word on the deck.

We arrange a dinner with a special request, such as a birthday or a proposal. It also includes an island dinner, a private island dinner and a seafood dinner. All are quoted separately.

An island dinner depends on the route and the weather, and the island is agreed. Sebayur is known as a beach-dinner stop. Dinner on board is part of the fare on every trip.

A photographer, with or without a drone, is a service we arrange. A drone needs a park permit, and the national park drone usage fee is extra. On a private charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are not included; both are available on request and quoted separately.

If the reveal is the point of the trip, tell us the hour you want covered, and we quote the photographer for that window.
