A question these answers miss
Send it on WhatsApp with three details that shape any answer: the occasion, the headcount and the dates. We reply with the boat that fits, the figure for that headcount and anything the boats leave open.
If the answer is not on this page, we find it and send it, and the useful ones join the fifty-six.
Booking, paying and cancelling
How do I book a private boat in Labuan Bajo?
Send the occasion, the headcount and the dates on WhatsApp. We reply with the boat, the figure for your headcount and a cabin plan. Then pay the 50 percent deposit to hold the date; the balance follows 30 days before sailing.
What happens if the boat cannot sail?
If the booked Carnaby cannot sail for a reason beyond our control, we arrange a boat of the same class on the same date at no extra cost. Or we refund you in full within 14 days.
What is the cancellation policy for a group?
Under the terms, cancelling 60 days or more before sailing refunds 50 percent, and cancelling 30 to 59 days before refunds 25 percent. Inside 30 days there is no refund. We recommend travel insurance for every guest, because it covers what the refund does not.

Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is recommended for every guest on both boats, but it is not required for booking. Dive insurance is mandatory for scuba divers. Insurance is never part of the fare, so each guest buys their own before the trip.
